We, family Franz + Rosemarie HOFHERR
are welcoming you to our website in the following languages,
which we are able to understand and speak: German, French,
English, Dutch, and Italian!!
Since we are very international we are happy to welcome guests
from all countries on the globe to enjoy their holidays with us,
all year round.
Our apartment house is in the “IMSTER OBERSTADT“ and consists of
8 luxurious, comfortable, generous, clean and caringly furnished
apartments. Cable TV, radio, incl. all washing, wall safe,
various electrical appliances, spacious kitchen and bathroom
with hairdryer and makeup mirror. An elevator is also in the
house. Our oriental carpets bestow our apartments and rooms a
special touch.
Large, spacious balconies with blinds, shutters and furniture.
Magnificent sunny view over our alps. Particularly beautiful
during spring!
Our double bedrooms as well as our dorms are also very nicely
furnished and are linked with the apartments. There is no
kitchen use included. But they are equipped with coffee machine,
kettle and fridge.
If you rent an apartment we can serve you breakfast on your
request.
The bus stop for the ski bus is right in front of the house.
Big garden, guest terrace, tree house with sledge, sand-pit,
swing, hardware, bouncing castle, toys, swimming pool (only
during summer) and much more. Safe and large parking lot (one
space per apartment). Bring pets on request.
Diverse and rich breakfast will be served. We also rent out
rooms, with en suit and extended breakfast for one night.
We also WELCOME with open arms bikers, cyclists,
climbers, football and other sports clubs.

We are also happy to help you with the planning of nice
excursions and day programs.
Drying room and garage available.
Rooms to let for long and short term! Low priced rents for
annual rents (at least 4 months rental period).
Our private Bed & Breakfast is situated in idyllic orchards on
the same grounds as the apartment house. Familial atmosphere -
you are more than just guests - we hope to be able to soon count
you as loyal house guests and friends.
